The accommodation is conveniently located and offers proximity to major attractions, including the Luz village and the ocean. the rooms are cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or even relax outdoors thanks to the comfortable outdoor furniture.
Some guests have reported noise disturbance from outside traffic on occasion.

Spent here 7 quiet days and would stay here again. the hotel was in a great location just off the cliff with a view of the Atlantic sea, the restaurants, and Praia da Luz or Lagos.

Globally it was a pleasant stay. The location couldn't be better for some relaxed holidays or extended weekend. The staff was always helpful and the fresh bread every morning was much appreciated.
People parking their cars in front of our house (111), despite all the warnings from the staff... That should really be corrected even if it means less commodity to the guests.

Position in front of the ocean. Absolute Silence. Fresh bread every morning.
Why the water is so cold in the swimming pool ? a real pity. Moreover, the swimming pool area could be cleaned better (pigeons........).

our stay at belver was even better than our previous visit in lagos. the spacious apartment, stunning sea views, and peaceful pool made for a perfect self-catering vacation. excellent value for money, we couldn't have asked for more.
No wifi in the apartment.

swimming pool was nice. Silent, clean, and wide.
resident type which has 2 floors, so must go up and down. Some food was left on refregerator, and thought former guest left them. But it was for me. So I wanted advise from hotel in advance. Location was not easy to get. Naviation has this hotel as registered address, but led me to wrong place, so asked 10 people around to reach there.

The apartments are far from the city, so you have to use a car or a taxi to get to a nearest city or supermarket, of course it is not a 4stars hotel and also the rooms which are written as 70m2 are much smaller, the towels are changed once per 2 days and the sheets -only twice in a week, a very windy place and also the water in the swimming-pool is dangerously cold, 2stars standard apartments, nithing special

Rustic houses with great showers and wifi. Fans provided, but no air conditioning. Free bread in the morning. Two pools and beautiful ocean views. Onsite restaurant available.

Nice views from the right apartment. Fresh bread every day. Friendly cleaning staff.
The service is horrible. The staff in reception are not helpful and in cases they are purposefully misleading. The apartments are maybe 70 square meters including the balcony, there is no 24-hour reception, there is no golf course (it's one hole and a driving range - we went to use it, the person at reception took our money for the tokens to get golf balls out of the machine, and failed to mention that another customer notified him 10 minutes earlier that the machine is out of balls), there's no grocery store (all the on-site store has is tins of sardines and ice cream - seriously!) There's no bike rental, there's no babysitting. The restaurant's fish dishes contain no fresh fish (we asked), the pool is filled with sea-water, so it's the temperature of the Atlantic, which even in August was very cold, the bus into town, which stops in front of the resort, comes 4 times a day, two of those times are before 8am. Basically it's a place way out of town, and the things they tell you they have, which makes you believe it would be ok to stay so far out of town are non-existent. In no way a 4 star establishment, with generosity it's an overpriced 2 star.

Had a pretty view of the sea from our window and kitchen. the grocery store was close by and the apartment had everything needed to make breakfast. the location was great for driving to the nearby beach.
Thanksgiving break at the hotel was terrible. the staff was never available when needed, bathroom was not cleaned correctly, and kitchen pots and pans were greasy.

Friendly staff, helpful cleaning staff, hot showers, fresh baked bread, value for money, spacious house.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
